One has an office and one has a firm. Usually an office might consist of one or two lawyers and a firm might have 2-20 lawyers working there.

absolutely nothing.
all qualified attorneys that comprise an office of 1 attorney
to 25 or more attorneys, the larger law firm or office has
specialized attorneys, criminal law, civil law, real estate law,
tax law and so forth.
the office with one attorney probably is a general practitioner.
can be very capable and if not will refer you to a lawyer who
specializes in your needs for a referral fee.

No difference an office can consist of 1 or more lawyers and a firm can consist of 1 or more lawyers. It just depends on how much you want to impress people or make them think its a bigger organization than it really is.

Firms operate out of more then one room and can have more than one office location- some have 500+ attorneys. They're really the same thing though.
