On the AIMS Test I scored in the 99th percentile so 1%-0%. Although Standerdized test scores don't make a person smart in my opinion. Sure you can read 1000 pages on how to fix a computer, but if you just got your hands dirty and try'd to fix it in the first place you would have saved all of that reading time. What makes a person smart is the PRACTICE not the beeeeewks (books). In school we need to stop sitting reading books on the body system we need to do autopsys (a litle extreme though) or maybe just disect a frog, not those virtual disections because they are just stupid PC programs. Or if you want to be a game designer (like me) instead of reading programing manuals we need to be able to figure things out on our own. Problem solving skills are what are really important.

After attending college and meeting many different people, I believe that there are many different aptitudes. I tend to excel in some areas and not do as well in others. However I do believe that there are a select handful of people who will generally excel in whatever they chose to try. I would say that people in this category as compared to myself is limited to maybe 15 %.

Genral population? Hmm...I dunno. I mean I know I'm more intellegent than some...but it would be bold of my starte that I am better than anyone else. And it really depends also. I have met a lot of educated idiots before who lack common sense. All book smart, but lack in practical application. In sum, the difference between knowledge and wisdom. I don't think a simple test is a great proving ground for intellegence because all it measures it your ability to know facts and trival things.

I've only met a few generals. I'm smarter than all of them.

Around 20%, weighted of course! My IQ is pretty high but I'm an idiot in many ways that count more than an IQ score.

60% MY IQ says I'm "gifted" but not a "genius." I think I'm just a normal person. I also still have a lot to learn about life seeing as I'm only 16, so...50-60%.
