Don't you know your own past? Or are you trying to find out if others can find out the bad things you've done?
Zabasearch.com will give you some basic info on a person, but you have to pay to get police reports etc.
Most info on a person can be found somewhere since everything is computerized and memory is cheap.

I would suggest you to stay off of the web sites and services that offer to do background check for a fee. Once they collect all your information at your cost, they might be keeping a copy of it. Irrespective of what they commit to, there is no absolute guarantee that information is secured. With all the identity fraud going on now a days, less information about you is compiled at one place, the better it is.
If you are specifically looking for you credit history, then go directly to the credit agency. If you put a fraud alert on yourself, they are required to send a free report to you. It does not cost you anything, and there are no middle men. There are only three such agencies. In theory, you only need to contact one. They are then required to communicate to the other two.
Similarly, if you need to check your criminal record, go to the state's DPS website. I am listing below an example.

yes you can, find the office in your area that issue cori chesks and call them up and tell them you want to do a personnal cori check on your self and they will send you the application. I apply for one in my state of MA, it cost $25 dollars, but if your on any state funding it's free you just have to have the form notarize, it takes about 7 to 10 days.

Yes, but you will likely have to pay to have it done. There are many sites on the net that will do background checks on yourself. Also, you can likely contact your local law enforcement agency, and do so as well. As I stated though, you will likely have to pay.

you can find out info about yourself but it isn't free.
go to zabasearch.com or peoplesearch.com and so many more
sites will get you the info you want, again not free.
the only thing you can get free is a credit check and that is only
a one time thing. Your bank that you hold accounts in will
gladly give you one.
