Do you mean ones that will air in 2007?
That would make no sense because whether it is a continuing series or starting series, the episodes to air are impossible to judge.
In the other meaning, that doesn't make sense either. Top 10 anime for [insert year] would be judged near the end, and not the start, of that certain year.
