I think he is a British author and wrote such novels as "Doctor in the House." I read him a couple of years ago and would like to read him again especally the text which contains the episode about a student-gynaecologist who often comes late after the baby has been delivered on the Times newspapers! Can you assist in getting them at fairly reasonable prices!

Amazon might be a good bet; you may have to check the Amazon.UK site. If you're in the states, the shipping can kill you (from UK that is).

Here are a couple of other sites to check out that provide info on copies of books listed for sale on the web:

www.addall.com
www.fetchbooks.info/

You can look up by title, ISBN or author's name, and you can check on used and new copies. They give you where it can be purchased and the asking price - you then go to that site and make the purchase.

Enjoy!

Try Alibris. They have a very wide variety of second-hand books.

Can't tell ya........I read other things. But judging from your profile, answers to my questions and your own questions I am not sure whether to give you my email addy or tell you to get over yourself. Good quotes and good reads and good luck.

Please try going to Amazon.com. They seem to have just about everything. You can also try a book store like Barnes and Nobel
