I've never heard complaints about D cups ... as long as they are not causing problems (like back strain), no need to fret. There are so many girls out there wanting bigger breasts so if you've got it, flaunt it!
As for cute bras ... check out lasenza, you can find some great sales and they have up to DD.

Do they bother your back/neck/shoulders? Do you get grooves in your shoulders from the bra? Do you get rashes under your boobs?
I'm a 38C and I love my size (got a breast reduction in February).
All depends on your body frame.

no, im a 38D and im actuall quite proud of it. the onyl problem i am having is finding a cute bra
