I was like this with both my pregnancies. I'm not going to lie to you. I did everything and the only thing that helped me was a nice warm bath. My first daughter would play on the bathroom floor while I soaked in the bathtub. Also, getting up and moving around. I would run smal errands and keep myself busy. The first trimester is tough but it'll end and then you'll feel great. Chew tums (they have calcium and my doctor recommended them). And a little of advice I know when you have an upset stomach you drink a glass of milk and that's supposed to help, but let me tell you when that milk comes back up it's spoiled and makes you want to keep puking. One more thing you could try is peppermint. Suck on a peppermint candy. I don't know why but it helps, slightly, but it does. Good luck and tell yourself that this too will pass and when it does, comes the fun part of pregnancy. Feeling the baby kick, hearing the heartbeat, watching your baby do gymnastics as your stomach wobbles back and forth. Put a smile on your face and know we've all been through it, and for most of us a few times!^.^

I feel for you, I had very bad morning sickness with my first child. I found sipping on sweet black tea and eating either dry toast or plain crackers helped with a thin spread of Vegemite, even tho most countries besides australia do not particularly like it, it works as well, it is full of B group vitamins that help. Another good remedy is shaved ginger just when the nausia starts, not to much tho. Also do not let yourself get dehydrated, drink plenty of water and make sure you tell your doctor of all your symptoms.

Sip gingerale thru out the day....
When you first get up in the morning..You need to keep crackers by your bedside.. Each a few before even getting out of bed. Your little one lower's your blood sugar while you are sleeping because you little one is basically sucking all things from your body. You do not have enough straighten in the morning for yourself. So you need to make sure you bring your low blood sugar up for you as well from not eating for 6 to 8 hours or how ever long you sleep.
Also, once you feel up too it..MAJOR MILK. Drink MILK all the time..It will help.
Good Luck and Congrats on your New Little Baby!

I feel for ya sister!!! First off, morning sickness tends to be a great sign of a healthy baby. Make sure your stomach is never empty. If you can tolerate yogurt, take some the minute you wake up. Other foods to try, banana, rice, bread, apple sauce, warm water. The blander the better. Comfort food. Don't over eat the yummy stuff. Try to do this natural - many medications can cause bad things to baby. Hang in there! It's worth it!

I really do understand how you are feeling. I had an all day sickness for a couple weeks, but here is my advice.
Try eating small bland snacks/meals, because having an empty stomach really does make the nausea worse. I had an all day sickness for a month and had to force myself to eat something.
Also see if your prenatal vitamins have a higher dosage than 30mg of iron in them, this also could be making your nausea worse or even could be the cause of it. Ask your dr to perscribe you a low dose iron vitamin. if the low dose is effecting, try cutting them in half take one for when you have a morning snack and save the other one till you go to bed.

First of all, you need to know that "morning sickness" is not entirely accurate --- a lot of women are sick all day long!
Try to keep a little food in your stomach at all times. Eat small amounts frequently, instead of following the 3 meals a day plan.
Avoid strong odors. Carry some crackers or dry Cheerios in your purse to nibble when you need to. [Plus it's good practice for when your baby will need it in a couple years.]
Peppermint can be very soothing to the stomach-- you can suck on a cany cane or breath mint, or drink peppermint tea.

Ok, a few things to try are: eating an apple -- the pectin can help soothe your stomach, drink ginger ale (if it's too strong then let it go sort of flat first), get crystalized ginger from an asian food market and suck or chew on it, make peppermint tea, and finally, boil some rice in lots of water, drain the rice, let the water cool and sip it. The starches help. :)

Girl i was like this. You have to eat so try eating crackers if you can keep it down. Stay away from greasy foods. Let the doctor know that you have been getting really nasoues. What was making me sick was the prenatal vitamins. If this is what is happening to you maybe you could take half in the moring then the other half in the evening that is what i did hope it helps.

Ask your doctor for the prenatal vitamin that has morning sickness medicine in it (I can't remember the name of it). Try to eat small amounts frequently throughout the day. Ice chips really helped me (I had morning sickness every day until I delivered). Try very hard to stay hydrated and eat what you can, when you can. If you can't keep anything down, call your doctor. Morning sickness usually passes after the first trimester.

HEY ME TOO! hehe, I have found that hot chocolate in the morning helps me. You might wanna try that. Ginger tea, just chop up ginger and boil it in water and drink the water. Also, my hubby sometimes rubs the back of my neck, and my back right where my bosom would be. That helps me.
GOOD LUCK! and dont stress, we got 8 more weeks to go!
