She has been hanging out with other people lately and they're people I don't like should I keep her as a best friend or friend? If best friend please give some advice. I don't like the friends she hangs out with because they're sleezy and impolite.

I've already told her I don't like her hanging out with other people but she still does. But when we were talking about it she said you and Kiley (loyal friend) are my favorites.

as someone that had a best friend i should now that this is a hard question four you. and i think if Victoria has new friends that are impolite you should just be a friend to Victoria and work your way up to best friends

Hello,
I suggest that you continue to keep your friend Victoria just because she is hanging out with some sleezy and impolite people doesn't mean that she is that way.
However if she starts to pick up habits of those individuals then I suggest you talk to your friend and explain that you simply can't be around such nonsense and impolite people. Let her know that anytime that she wants to hang out with you without the company of those she's more than welcome that you guys will always be friends.
Don't turn your back on her though because if she is hanging with people like this it could come to the point she'll need you or someone to come to with some serious issues.

Why should her having some additional friends mean you have to cut off the friendship or in some manner reduce it? Just don't do things w/ her and these other friends and tell her why if she asks.
Perhaps you need to add more friends to your circle as well, so when she's with them you can hang out with someone else.

To find a true fren is hard. As a fren, we have no rights to stop each other from mixing or knowing new party whom we like & dislike. So in future, meeting up with her, just emphasis to her u do not like to being compare with her fren cos' u'r Different to them. I gues she'll understand.

i think you should tell her how you feel and if dosent matter to her she's just your friend im going through the same thing i know its hard to tell her because its hard to tell my best friend so i think if she dosent change just let her go! xoxo

ask her if she still likes you if dhesays yes than ask her for time together without them if she is your friend then shge will find time otherwise no
