i am a guy and i have a small painless lump on my chest right below my nipple does anybody know what this is? i am 19

It is most likely a benign cyst. You are way too young to have breast cancer, especialy if there is no family history of it - but yes, men DO get breast cancer - many die each year from it.
Go get this lump checked by a doctor. He is most likely going to tell you it is a fatty deposit or benign cyst; but you have to have it examined by a doctor to be sure it isn't more serious.
Don't be afraid to see a doctor when you notice something unusual about your body - they won't mind you turning up if you have this kind of issue.

maybe a cyst, maybe it's a lymph node gone crazy. Theres a certain condition where men actually start to grow a little mammary tissue (sorry, can't remember the name), but thats only during the first stages of puberty, and your a little beyond that (I hope). So probably just something benign, but I would get it checked out by a doc, nothing too urgent though.

Maybe a cyst? These are just fluid filled sacs. For total peace of mind I would see your doctor, and he or she will be able to answer your questions the best.

Fibrous cysts or a lymphoma men get them too just go to the doc and have him lance it

a cyst. mostly these are benign. But who wants it. Go to the doctor and have it removed. But no worries.
