I have been to jail because i walked across the streat when I had been drinking.I paid my fines and got out of jail,just had 1 year probation.
Some woman tried to steal our truck and ran over my Dad and she walked free.NO FINES and NO JAIL TIME.Which one is worst?

Why didn't they do something to her? That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. And, a year's probation for public drunkenness seems a little harsh. They just toss you in the slammer overnight here and make you pay a 56 dollar fine - something like that. If I were you and your dad, I would demand justice be served and find out why it isn't!
