Since the sadaam execution, do you think there will be a flare up of violence in Iraq? Im worried, my boyfriends twin brother is over there... and seeing what has happened in the past few months because of the trials Im scared everything will go nuts over there.

Yes I believe there will be much more violence, I'm sorry I don't have better news for you, I have a son there too and I'm very worried about him.

We'd all like to think that everything is over and every one is comming home and this whole thing is resolved...but if Saddam is really dead, there will be retaliation. They've been threatening it since Saddam was first captured. As for our troops in Iraq, wether they're in more danger from the attacks than we are here remains to be seen. Then again, as I've said all along, it could all just be a ploy the government is using to keep us scared.

I am really hoping that not to be the case and many groups are stepping forward to say that they are not planning any violence but how can you not plan for any violence when you have no idea where it is coming from? God bless your boyfriends brother.

the shiites will celebrate and the sunni's will want revenge on the killing of their leader. expect things to get worse and hope things mellow out soon enough.
