Mine would probably be going to Poland, just because that's the farthest place I've been to.

Angkor Wat, Cambodia. Abolutely fantastic. It hasn't become too commericalised yet so you can still get a good hands on look, nothing shut behind ropes like all the other world's wonders. The place only got rediscovered earlier this century. If you want some idea of the place watch Tomb Raider with Angelina Jolie, as some of the film was filmed at the site where they have allowed the jungle to take over the ruins. Also Cambodia people are great and so is food. I would take a trip to Bangkok (shop at the Weekend Markets and bring a big suitcase) and do a side trip there or even do a bus trip of Vietnam and Cambodia - fantastic!!

Four years ago my husband and I went on an overseas trip to Europe, traveled to Switzerland, France, Italy from north to south (by car) and then to Japan for my brother's wedding. It was an amazing holiday and the first time I'd been out of Australia. Best experience ever, highly recommended. We plan on traveling o/s in 2007, I can't wait!!
