I use cooking oil. Just a little bit goes a long way, and it sticks real well. Vaseline works good, but is really hard to clean off if you ever change your background. Vaseline dries up and gets all crusty. Cooking oil is really easy to clean up.
It's not insanity, its known fact that those are the best things to use. Tape only gets the sides, and doesn't show the full color of the background because it is not stuck to the glass. Spray advesives have chemicals that can kill fish.
Please be mature and do not resort to insults. My niece is 4 years old and knows better than to insult people. Don't be a jerk.

Hahaha you are pretty funny. Try it and see what happens. I have been keeping, breeding and selling fish for years. It is common knowledge among experienced fish keepers that oil and vaseline are great for attaching backgrounds.
You should refrain from making un-educated comments about things you know nothing about.
Your immaturity is frustrating me. I hope you are not older than 7 because that is how you are behaving.

2 ways either get a spray bottle with water in it spray the back and press it on or else scotch tape the edges on

Just use scotch tape, And tape the sides of it. Thats how you are supposed to do it I think.

yeh, that is really funny. anyway, you get the background and stick it to the glass {exterior}. use tape to do it. any can do.
