No you can't impeach him yourself. It just won't happen. After all Clinton escaped impeachment even after an act of congress.

No, according to Article 1, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution:

"The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present.

Judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States: but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment, according to law."

As a citizen you have the right to ask your representative to began the impeachment process, but you cannot as a citizen, introduce any legislation.

Also, undertand this: in order to impeach a president, you have to have 66% of the Senate to vote for impeachment. In order for you to impeach our current presdent; you would have to have 15 or 16 votes from the republican side of congress (And more than likely those republican will not turn against their own party). On that same note, no president (including Johnson and Clinton) has been convicted by the Senate.
