He has already been investigated for violating the 1978 FISA act, the 4th amendment to the constitution and the Geneva Convention (by the way, one of the possible punishments for violating the Geneva Convention in the US is death). Thing is, nothing will come of it all for 2 reasons - the democrats will wimp out, probably using the imminent expiration of his term as an excuse and they would not have the votes to impeach and/or remove as their majorities are not sufficient in the House and Senate.

Bush is in simple terms in charge for his knee jerk reaction,saddle up boys get the posse waiting, leap into yet another conflict. A conflict he lied to start off and fiscal benefited from, all the whilst at a cost to the yankee human beings. in simple terms yet another thought-approximately mine, the GOP save praising mayor giuliani for his action after 911. What appropriate to the certainty that on his watch it grow to be made worse by utilising the lack for verbal substitute between agencies.

I doubt it will happen, but it if it does, nothing will ever come of it.
I'm not Bush fan (look at the screenname), but nutball whackjobs out for revenge for some sort of unknown ill will hopefully pull their **** together.

As long as everyone in congress is getting rich off of the decisions that Bush makes, nobody is going to call for an investigation.
