I grew up in China, I have never eaten a rat, no one in my family or circle of friends, distant relatives and acquaintances have ever eaten a rat, and I doubt they never will. But then, I don't come form the southern part of China where they really eat more exotic things than where I come from. But to answer your question, it's not like rats are a commonplace dish you'd find anywhere. it'd probably be very tough to find and Chinese people would find it strange. it is NOT commonplace.

Yes they do. Southern mostly
Common in the country and farmlands.
This has been the practice for thousands
of years..accepted and tasty.
Thailand also eats rats and dogs,
cats and monkeys. Very good I think.
Americans are not use to this, and the
thought of it makes most ill.

It's possible. Lots of people in different countries eat rats. They can't be that bad. I knew a guy who ate squirrel and that's like a rat with a pretty tail. There's probably not much meat on it, but just because it's ugly doesn't mean it's not edible.

In some countries they eat roaches covered in chocolate. They think we're nuts cuz we eat cheese, which is rotten milk. Some cultures are different than ours and eat different foods than us.

No.

And it is a stupid question so why the hell are you even asking it? Are you that unintelligent or just desperate for attention?
