Servers, you know what I'm talking about. Those tables that have sat there all night and run up a $200 tab and then leave you with $5, and then still come in the next day! Or the people who run you to death and are still rude and everythings wrong. What is the best revenge you've gotten?

One time a table came in, there were 10 people. All twenty year old foreigners and one American. They ran me for drinks.. one would order a coke and nobody else would want anything at the moment.. id bring the coke back and somebody else would want a drink.. they each ordered no joke 2 plates of food.. salad soup appetizers and dinner- there bill came out to $137 and change. I remember this vividly because this was the night i flipped. After I gave them the bill the American man handed me money and told me to keep the change. I didnt look yet bc i think its rude so I waited until he passed me. I started counting the money.. 20..40..60..100....140.. $140 to be exact. I was left with a $2 and change tip for a table who sat for close to three hours.. I flipped and went crazy.. my manager saw me approaching the American man and he pulled me aside and said i could do nothing. I was ready to throw the two dollar bills and change in his face and tell him he needed more than I did..

Most of the time when i get horrible tips from customers Ill remember who they are.. most people always come back and ill remember and give them horrible service or at most pour olive oil on there food.. what do i have to gain. i know they wont give me a tip..

Another time i saw a cook throw a burger on the floor and step on it and pick it up and put it on the grill and serve it..

Another time this guy was really nasty to another waitress and i saw her spit on his eggs, put hot sauce on his toast, olive oil butter everything all over his food.. i almost puked.. she brought the plate out to him with a smile and said enjoy.. he ate everything off the plate and even wiped the toast with the plate to get every last crumb!!!

Just remember to be nice to the people who serve you food..

Kill them with kindness........for yrs i raises four boys by myself and waited tables in a Greek and Italian restaurant...If you do your job and give them great service.......ur other customers will notice and many times take up the slack. Also, one time i waited on a table of 6(my boss did not like the idea of gratuity) anyway these people ran me to death, spilled on the table, sent food back you name it they were rude and i got 5 bucks. A week later they came and asked for my table I about died.....it was one of my bigger tables and i knew they would be there for ever and run me to death. But it was my job and i would take pride in it even if they were jerks. They were totally different that nite they joked .....with me and laughed never sent one thing back....they left me 30 bucks and then after came in once a week and tipped me great every time. So what im saying is do your job and in the end you will be rewarded........what goes around comes around

I was working at McD's years ago in FL. The same mean, abusive old guy came in every morning. One day he tossed a danish back at me to heat it up more and as I eased it over the steamer a roach ran across the thing and I placed the danish right on top of it. So the evil man got a little extra protein for breakfast and I got a little perverse satisfaction.............

the best revenge my wife and i have always had was to do our jobs with a smile . our other customers would notice these fools and our tips would reflect our attitude. my wife made over 40,000 a year in tips and wages working in a breakfast house. just do your chosen profession to the best of your ability and leave revenge to the gods, they do a better job of evening the score than any-ones petty "I'm gonna get you back" attitudes and game's. remember what goes around comes around for everyone.
