i cant find a resource to tell me how to, help!

you will have to connect your iPod to the computer, go to iTunes and then click Edit>Preferences... and then click on the tab [iPod]. under that tab click on the tab named [Photos] and select the option "synchronize photos from..." from this you will need to choose a folder containing the photos you want on your iPod. you may actually need to create a new folder and send the **original** (not copied) pictures to this folder so all of the pictures do not get sent to the device (which will take up a lot of space).

on your ipod u go 2 youe settings and go to import photos turn it on and click on your picture thing with ipod plugged in

i have no idea. but they probably have to go through itunes first. i've been trying to figure out the same thing.
