How do you kill the Robots in The Sims 2 on Nintendo DS?

I'm just at a loss. I find them and then they end up taking away all of my sanity. I have tried shooting them with the water gun thingy but I don't know what else to do! Help!

i'm reading this from the sims 2 walkhrough ready-
defeat 3 robots as the ratticator
you should get the rat cave for free from tristan at this point. but if u didn't go buy it/. go to the rat cave in the basement and wear the rat suit. now go outside and fith 3 robots. now go back in the rat cave and wear your normal clothes. talk to ms hogg (dusty's mom) in the lobby. hope i helped since i don't have the game :)
