One Piece hands down. It's lengthy, but it has everything: a great plot, amazing character development throughout the series without them sacrificing their initial goals, comedy, action, suspense, and lots of unexpected events. And come on, which show has a rubberman with dreams of becoming the pirate king, swordsman, cook, navigator, historian, doctor, cyborg(soon in the anime!) and a storyteller/liar all on one ship? That's a crazy mix of characters right there. Love the show!
