what do you put in the First name Last name area and the exparation date area on the online order form?

Mmm, I've only used the Visa Gift Cards and they work fine online. For the first name and last name, you should put the name of whoever the card was issued to (Likely you). It should have been written on the little envelop the card came in. As for expiration date, that should be on the card itself. If it isn't then I don't know.

don't think it would unless there was a specific option on the order form to use a gift card
