Nicholas cages character goes to the beach like he use to as a angel, breathes in ,like breathing in life and relies es life is still worth living after the death of the woman he loved (meg ryan) and runs and jumps in the water and body surfs

Meg Ryan and Nicholas Cage sleep together after he becomes a human. Then she leaves to go to the store and is involved in an accident. Nicholas gets to her right before she dies and Hes saying "Dont look at them" meaning the angels that have come to take her home.Then she dies. Hes left on earth as a mortal and he learns to embrace life at the end. Such a good movie. One of my favorite tear-jerkers

Maggie (Meg Ryan's character) dies as Nick Cage's character an angel becomes human. So they don't end up together. Proving to Nick Cage's angel, life is full of ups and downs, and envy sucks.
You rush to become human, well partner humans feel pain, bet you didn't think of that before did you?

My favourite EVER movie well it goes something like this......Seth played by Nicolas Cage "falls to earth" to become mortal so he can be with meg ryan anyway while she is out on a bike ride to get a bit of shopping in she has a fatal accident and dies!! so Seth is left all alone ,all that to be with the women he loves and she goes and dies.THE END.

It is really worth seeing instead of reading what happened, but Nicholas Cage's character gives up eternity to become human so he is able to physically touch and love Meg Ryan's character. Then Meg Ryan's character dies, leaving Nicholas Cage alone, mortal, but with a newfound respect for human life.

I think he killed himself while enjoying the feeling of freedom... she dies and he was already human without no reason to continue... so he went to the beach at dawn (he knew all the angels met there) and swims into the sea.

auuuugghhhh so sad, nicolas cage is left alone being a human n meg ryan died due to her foolishness of letting go of her hands from the bike she riding.....no happy ending for the two lor....think its a god punishment for nic to b human ...hee
