Yes, ANYONE who believes and confesses that Jesus is the son of God who died and rose for thier sins, is a Christian. (Read Romans 10:9 & 10 in the BIble) It's a HEART decision not a "look" or "religious" decision.

I've met goths from all walks of life. Goths do place a lot of value in authenticity, though. So if you're going to say you're Christian and goth, you may find people questioning if you're Christian because it's truly what you believe, or if it's just how you were raised.

You might want to check out gothicchristianity.com and christiangoth.com. They have articles & resources for people out there who use both words to describe themselves.

Yes. Then you must be goth. If your Christian, then youre Christian. Your Christian before youre goth

How do you define "Goth"?

I mean, I don't think being a Christian (or any other religion one could choose) is simply a matter of dress or what you wear, it's what's you believe and how you try to live up to the tenants of your faith that count.

Course, at the same time, why would someone who claims to be a Christian, want to dress in a "Goth" style? I mean, why would they want to project the image of being depressed and "dark"? I don't think that such a thing reflects on one being Christ like (which is what being is supposed to be about, right?)

Again, I don't think how one dresses or what they wear determines who they are, but if they're serious about their beliefs, they might need to consider how others will perceive their example.

That probably means that he is Christian. They could be any religion, because goth is a sense of style.

It depends on your definition of goth. If goth to you is just some one who dreses in black then they can fallow what ever relgion they whant. there is even a goth cross. If you see goth as somthing that goes along with devil wershuping then no.

That's not true there are many types of christianity: one for bikers, one for goths, and extremists. Therefore your brother is wrong.
