Are you pregnant? If not, it's usually a normal period, maybe slightly heavier, nothing alarming.

When I was younger and had not had a period in months it would make up when I did have one. I went a whole month on my period before. I became anemic and I was embarrased to talk to anyone about it. I didn't want to get out of bed I was just so tired , I finally told my mom and we went to the Dr. they put me on a very low dose birth control pill and it made my periods regular ( they were not strong enough to stop you from getting pregnant) Now that I'm older and have had a child , if I don't have one for a little while, when I do I just normally have a regular period. 5-7 days and it will vary from very lite sometimes to very heavy.

If it's been 9 months since your period you would have just had a baby. If it's only a little more than a month, you will probably have a heavier period.

you'll just have your normal flow - usually if a egg doesn't drop you don't get it. When one falls down- you'll have the normal flow. Maybe a little heavier. tc
