Got Cutler set, but need some advice. Garrard at KC, Delhomme at NO or Green against JAC. If you have any advice and maybe a some support for your opinion would greatly appreciate it.

Delhomme has the WRs to open it up & New Orleans' defense is sub-par. KC's defense isn't very good overall, but their run defense is so bad that Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew will take FF points away from the passing game. And I never start players against the Jacksonville defense unless it can't be avoided.

So go with Delhomme. He had a three TD / two INT / 269 yard performance last week. Over the last four weeks, Green and Garrard have throw an average of less than 200 yards per game & are 4/4 and 6/5 TD-to-INT, not numbers that generate great FF confidence. Plus, Garrard and Green are on teams with potent running games, a luxury Delhomme doesn't have to the same degree.

Oh gosh. Delhomme was one of my two starters all year until her got hurt. he was disappointing. How sharp will he be after a few weeks off? Plus the Panthers offense is in sorry state.

So I started Garrard when Delhomme went down. Figured he'd been pretty solid, if not spectacular. So he goes to hell each week I start him (so I finally don't start him last week, and he's rahter pedestrian, but better than who I started...). Garrard has had only 1 TD and 4 INTs the past 3 games and KC actually hasn't done too bad with only 17 passing TDs against this year.

So that leaves Green against Jax.....ouch. Big ouch. Don't suppose you can get another option off of waivers....

On the one hand, I think that LJ will find tough sledding with a banged up O-Line, so Greeen might have to throw....on the other, I think that IF Delhomme's thumb is okay, he could do okay. NO has little to play for, and they've given up something like 24 TD passes this year.

That's how I'd be looking at it. My gut says Green...but this advice is also worth what you just paid for it.....
