How is the public Transport system around minneaoplis area????

I will be moving to minneapolis soon and was wondering how to move around without a car, hows the transportation there???

The new light rail is great but I would say the bus system needs improvement. It is ok around the metro-city but if you need to go to the outlined area, they frequencey can be down to twice a day.
