It doesn't work that way:

Redemption of a person by his or her spouse is predicated on the witness of the spouse; the theological premise is that the unbelieving person MAY be wooed to saving faith through the demonstration of genuine love by the believing spouse.

Note that success isn't guaranteed: some people are simply irredeemable on account of the hardness of their respective hearts.
