There is nothing okay about being gay. It is morally wrong and religiously wrong. God created man Adam as a matter of fact and God said it is not good for man to be alone and so out of Adam, God created Woman so that they can be fruitful and multiply. If God thought it was okay, God would of gave Adam another man to be with. Two men cannot create babies and neither can two women. The family until has gone to pot in the last 30 or so years.We allow the killing of unborn babies and say it is our bodies our rights and allow "gay people" the same rights as legally married couples and just shrug our shoulders and say its okay, when in fact God hates it, cause it is a sin. God made us all straight but somewhere along the lines things got screwed up and we know are confused about what gender we like. Bologna... We have decided to kick God out of everything and this is the result that we see and it will get worse! Why? The Bible clearly tells of events yet to come. I am done, clearly you see I think it is not okay!
HZNFRST: Get my head out of the Bible and live in the real world? Are you kidding me? I do live in the real world and most of the real world is goint to HELL in a handbasket!!!!! And God has given me every authority to speak for Him, by sending His one and only Son Jesus to die on the cross for my sins, Gods word says Go into all the world and Preach His Word, Jesus said that, not me. Gods word not mine. Homosexuality is wrong, Abortion, the killing of innocent babies is wrong, (called murder, not free choice), Pornography is wrong, Being Drunk is wrong and every other Ungodly thing is wrong. Children and the Family Unit are being affected because of all this, but because we live in the United States, we try everything and anything to justify the things we do that is morally wrong and really Displeases God. But there will come a time where you will have to face God and give an account as to why we tolerated this behavior in our society and was to yellow bellied to stand up and say nothing!!!! I will continue to Stand for what is right and there is noone or nothing anybody can say that will stop me from doing this. Dont bother editing your answer, i wont be checking it, I am going to be too busy saving this LOST AND DYING WORLD!!!

How about from the side that doesn't have a choice?
How about from the side of the young man who fears women because his mother molested him?
How about from the view of population control?
Scientifically-in nature-monkeys don't care who their reproductive partners are.
Morals are subjective, anyways.
And My religion is "paganism". Our biggest rule: Do what you wish, so that you harm none.
What harm is being done by two men (or women) who adopt an orphan that would otherwise be neglected in an orphanage?
Do I really need to go on?

It is just a personal choice. They like being with the same sex and sometimes they are driven to the same sex. Because they have been horribly molested as a child or horribly abused.
Best to just respect their decision. You don't have to agree with it or do this.
They are people too.

Why is it not okay? People are people, no matter what their orientation. What matters is whether they are decent citizens or not.
As for anyone "choosing " to be gay, when did any of us ever choose to be straight?
PS: Princessa (below), please get your puritanical little head out of your bible once in a while and check out the real world. While you're at it, try to realize that *you* can hardly speak for god - especially since it doesn't exist.

It is okay to be whatever you are. It doen'st matter who or what you are. Society treats you in a certain way and you react in a certain way. If something is wrong about you nature will take care of it. If being gay is biological, they will be wiped out in no time, nature takes care of itself. Don't give it too much thought, devote your energies to what makes you happy. Why give a rat's *** about other people ?

Yes it is okay to be whatever you want. I found the perfect person and I intend on spending the rest of my life with her. It is okay to love but it is not okay to hate what someone else loves.

People who think it is not ok usually have religious reasons. But that is their personal bias. In my opinion it is ok scientifically, religiously and morally. If you are gay, God and nature made you that way. So how can that not be OK?

Well, what is okay about being gay is that you love someone and you need them. I'm sorry but I'm not suggesting it's the right thing to be gay or homosexual or whatever... but that's what I have to say.
