He is not the baddest person, Bin Laddin is.
He does kill alot of his enermy or those who goes against him.

But as a ruler he also did done something good about his people.
Encorage female to study is one of them.
Those families son/daughter who kill in the operation "Desert Storm" will definitly like to see him hang, but for the lost their love ones not the death of those go against him and got killed.
I will party very very hard if I see Bin Ladin hang.
