my boss thinks he is the only person ithe world who is right.he knows every thing and he keeps picking on others especially women.it is not possible to negotiate with him .

I really hate bosses like this... if he has a boss, definitely report this. If not, maybe you can make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau?

find another job, quietly...there is just no talking to some people...if it gets to a point where it is unmanageable, nobody should have to be bullied and picked on at their job...he should be reported to the higher ups, the labor board or similar...
