Did Oswald shoot Kennedy of his own volition, or was he conspiring with another party/parties?

There is no evidence of a conspiracy so your guess is as good as mine. As a side note though, I was glued to the TV from the day he was assinated to the day he was buried & I can tell you that the Oliver Stone movie is loaded with falsehoods. I'm not saying that the conspiracy theory is a lot of bunk just not to pay a whole lot of attention to Stone's version of events.

It is difficult to believe that Oswald had enough hatred for Kennedy to do it on his own volition. I believe he was part of a conspiracy probably with Cuba or the mob.

Jimmy "the Weisel" Frattiano claimed that Giancana (the then Boss of Bosses out of Chicago) gave the go ahead for Marcello (of New Orleans) to carry out the assassination. It involved Castro (who had a grudge after finding out the CIA was behind the Bay of Pigs Invastion) so he got a patsy (Oswald) from the Russians to carry-out the deed. Marcello's beef was a result of RFK's investigations into organized crime. To cover the link to the Mafia, Marcello had Jack Ruby (a two bit night club owner in the Marcello organization) take out Oswald to seal his lips.
Giancana's beef with JFK was his impression that JFK renigged on promises to leave the Mafia alone since he felt he pulled strings in Chicago to get him elected.
Several weeks before the assassination, Oswald met with Cuban agents in Mexico. For inexplicable reasons, the FBI agents who were following up the Cuban connection as a part of the Warren Commission investigation, were recalled back by FBI Central office.

Oswald was shot just in time so some truths could not be revealed in the trial. The guards brought him out through the hallway like a target to be shot, so a trial could not be done.

If you figure this one out you are better than the Warren Commission. I personally don't think that Oswald did it by himself.

Tho we will never know the real truth of who killed Kennedy, the truth is that his assassination was a coup.

I believe he was a pawn, and it was big money (oil) and southern politics ( the civil rights movement and the changes the president was making at the time ) that led to his death
