Did the stock market go to DOW 11700 during his 2nd term?Why did the the fed. have to cool the economy off following this record setting economy?

the Clinton years he was riding on a stimulated economy from the mid 80s, which he had nothing to do with.
Irrisponsibility led the economy in a downward spiral and it dropped hard about the time Bush was taking office.. so Bush got to inherit a bad economy which he also, had nothing to do with.

The feds didn't do it. It was the tech bubble burst. During Clinton's administration he saw us into a full blown recession.
