tales of symphonia - sheena or regal?

Well I like Sheena myself because of her unique card abilities which can include silencing enemies and stealing life from her enemies and adding it to her own. Also the summoning ability makes her fairly integral to your team in certain fights (such as the side boss that has you gather all of those dark items and has an insane amount of hit points--ugh).

Regal on the other hand is a good secondary healer in a pinch and has some unique abilities of his own (including juggling enemies). Still I tend not to use him as much as Sheena because I find that he is not all that unique (though I think his character still rocks).
