Example Sadam Husane
Do you think execution is justified? My way of thinking is that two wrongs don't make a wright so why is it okay for the law to Legaly kill someone. I tthink sadam should be given life in prision to pay for what he has done ? I have another question so please watch out for it??

For the most part I am against the death penalty but when a man has killed tens of thousands of innocent people I think the death penalty provides justice. Another thing is as long as Saddam was alive he could be used as a symbol for supporters to rally against and even though he will be considered a hero by them now they have lost the person who represented their control.

so was it right for him to kill thousands of people and be a terrorist? and giving him a life in prision, eating three times a day, showering, sleeping in a bed is right for him? there are people that deserve that and dont even have it... so why should he? i believe that you get what you give. justice is fair and equal. he should have been killed along time ago. but i believe that the families of the people he killed should have determined his execution... and if that means dragging him behind a car- then so be it.

You are young so i wont give you a hard time. A person who has shown the desire to kill people who do not agree with their views cannot be let to live. Saddam killed at least 180,000 of his own people. As long as he was alive there was a chance he would regain power . (Napoleon) those who follow him would continue to kill others thinking one day he will return. He could not be allowed to live. Two wrongs don't make a right but those who kill pray on kindness like you show. they only understand fear and intimidation.

"Vengeance is mine." saith the Lord. I don't know if "justified" is the right word for it but the Book also says, "an eye for an eye..." If a person commits a heinous murder, why should my tax dollars be spent to support that person in better style than half the free world for the rest of his/her life?

There are a myraid variables to this question. It's hard to answer.

I personally do not believe in execution. I don't think that people should play God. When you execute someone, you let them off the hook. If they have to spend their lives in jail they really have to pay for their crimes. Capital punishment is inhumane and kind of barbaric.

I think executing someone in regards to their actions is just - so long as it's done in a respectable way.
