I heard people can do complex things while sleepwalking like bathing, changing clothes , cooking and even drving cars!!! Ever watched a television programme once and it said that many people had even committed murder or suicide while asleep!!! Thats totally crazy as i dont see how anyone asleep can do that...

My sister had sleepwalked once and personally i dont have any recollection of myself sleepwalking but i have sleep paralysis very often, it once got so bad that i had it like once every 2-3 days. Still scares the crap out of me...

I've had tons of sleep-related problems--although, I'm not sure why! Ever since I was 8 I've slept walked. I mainly did it between 8-14 years old and have recently started doing it again--ten years later! I've injured myself, woken up in different parts of the house, and acted out some very weird things--to the entertainment of my husband!

In the past 4 years, I've mainly had sleep terrors and sleep hallucinations (where I wake up and still see what was in my dream)... I'm really afraid now that I'm going to incorporate my infant son into my sleep walk episodes!

These sleep problems seem to be semi-hereditary. My dad has slept walked numerous times (even streaked-naked infront of my step-sister a few months after marrying my step-mom). My brother also has sleep hallucinations.

I've cut out anything that would encourage my over-active mind (ie scary movies, etc.), but it doesn't seem to help!

If you sleep walk you won't realize it--unless you wake up somewhere else, wake up in the middle of it, injure yourself, or have your husband hysterically recall what you did. Since you don't have the problem--count yourself lucky!

I've had sleep paralysis a few times. I also have that stupid restless leg syndrome. And I have issues where I can't stay asleep. I can be really, really tired and fall asleep at night with no problems. But I'll wake up only after a few hours and cannot get back to sleep because my mind is thinking too much.

I sleepwalked once that I can remember. I had just moved into a new house. I dreamed that I went downstairs and sat around talking with some people who were giving us a housewarming party. I even thought I bumped into somebody and said "excuse me." Apparently, the "person" I bumped into was a rocking chair and I had gone downstairs, gotten a pillow from the couch and taken it back up to my room.

I have been told that I did sleepwalk a few times when I was a kid. Now I have been diagnosed as having sleep apnea. One of my cousins broke her leg trying to climb a fence when she was sleepwalking when she was teenager. I guess you can do strange things but I don't see how anybody can commit murder when they are asleep.

about a year ago i had a period of a few weeks where i got sleep paralysis pretty much every night, i am very very very glad that is over. I'm not sure what brought it on or why it stopped but it helps if you don't nap and only go to sleep when you feel really really tierd or sleepy.

My boyfriend calls me everynight at like 2AM and wakes me up. I NEVER remember talking to him, but on my phone in the morning i check and yep I talked to him for a couple minutes. He asked me one morning why I was upset the night before (when he called and woke me) and i didn't remember being upset. Its weird! :)

I sleptwalked one night. My dog had just had an operation and
I sleptwalked downstairs to where she was to cuddle with her. I awoke on the bed we had for her with her by my side. I dreamt that I was sleeping with a mother bear that night.

i was about 10 years old

I have walked in my sleep once. I came in the living room and felt around on my desk. I have no idea why. Then I went in my Mom's room and set on her bed. Then I went back to my bed and cussed my husband out.

Have talked in sleep a couple of times. Nothing too embarrassing, though.

Yea one time I put my clothes on and washed my face.
And the next morning I woke up with regular clothes on...
And the water was still running.
