I purchased yahoo phone out credits online for 10 dollars and i also have received email confirmation for that but i didnt receive any credit in my phone out account, so how can i get the money back.

Not sure what kind of phone service you mean, yahoo stopped one of them: http://phone.yahoo.com/ is that what you have?

then I would call the company itself if no response by Tuesday, witht he holiday they may not be in.

I would start out at http://help.yahoo.com/ and see if you can resolve the issue with Yahoo, before contacting anyone else.

contact your states attorney general's office. also contact your states consumer protection board. send them copies of all the details
