hey there well to be honest this is ure choice but i have found that many ppl using more then one result in getting more viruses pass threw then ever!!!....answer to why this is --- a anti virus that is always active works and scans each and everything u use , if you have two doin this they will counteract with one another and cause ethier both of them to not work or them to just think the other has done the done , so be careful , !!!

you cud use a active anti virus program , but also if your wanting to be feeling safer scan everything u download with a online virus scanner ... virustotal.com here ure file will b scanned by around 25 top anti viruses :) so u can feel safe , only problem is this may take a while but better to be safe then sorry rite ...

gud luck

No. Do not run more than one Real Time Antivirus scanner. This does not mean you can't run a Realtime product and still go to a site that does an Online scan such as Trend's Housecalls or that you can't also run an AntiSpyware/Adware program such as Defender or PestPatrol.

anti virus courses could desire to be working consistently to prevail. incredibly they filter out just about all events finished on a laptop. some antivirus run a preliminary test and tag the laptop as healthful and easily filters incoming site visitors. some others like norton are have low faith and are consistently scanning each thing you touch. I truly have used diverse antiviruses and between the depended on manufacturers i decide directly to advise Mcafee.

Running more than 1 anti-virus is NOT a good idea. Sometimes, the 2 tend to fight each other and your computer reacts unpredictably.
