just click help in your browser then type "cookies" then you can see all the steps how to disable and enable cookies and all the info about cookies.. hope this will helps you..

You don't enable cookies on a computer, you enable them for a browser. The exact steps differ slightly, depending on which browser you are using. You will have to do it individually for each one you use.
In Mozilla Firefox running on Microsoft Windows, go to tools -> options -> privacy -> cookies

With IE open go to the menu bar and click on tools then select internet options. then privacy and then advanced. Becareful when you do this some cookies can be harmful to your computer. Make sure you are running an anti-virus program and firewall.

clik on tools and then go to internet options and clik on delete cokkies hope this helps
