I saw The Monkees in concert for their 20th & 30th anniversary tours.
I've also seen Davy Jones when he was touring with Peter Noone and Bobby Sherman.
Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to meet any of them personally, ALTHOUGH one of the girl's that I went to High School with, she was Peter Tork's (Peter Thorkelson) cousin and had several pictures of herself with him, even when she was a child and when Peter was visiting her family. Her Mother also had several pictures of the entire family, with Peter, up in their home, so I knew for sure that she wasn't lying.

I have, back in 1984, they came to Gainesville Florida . My girlfriend and I even got a chance to get on Micky;s bus for a bit..He did age, but is still so cute. Davy looked older, but short and same charm. I always loved Peter..down to earth .

I did see them at NJ's Garden State Park many years back. After that they hung out at the fair talking to people but without people surrounding them
