My personal advice --
Take the place with the most answers and avoid the Circus Circus buffet at any cost.
Try to get a coupon before going to save a few $$$.

I went to the lunch version of the Spice Market Buffet at the Aladdin and except for the meat station (there was unreal skewered chicken and lamb!!!) and the dessert station, it was mediocre. I was disappointed because it is so hyped in the Vegas guides and online. Next time I am trying Rio and Bellagio.

I generally care for buffets but I did enjoy the Bellagio. Others I know swear by the Rio buffet.

I love the Flamingo buffet. The food is great at a reasonable price and the atmosphere is wonderful!

You really do get what you pay for on the strip. The best one are obviously the most expensive. Sahara has the best Value. Also the ones Downtown like California are cheap and really good.

Bellagio by far is the best.
I've tried TI, Rio, Alladin (or Planet Hollywood).
