If a person really and truly tries to commit suicide. and no doubt wants to die They will eventually find a way to succeed. Unfortunately there's not always the right help out there or people don't know where to look for it; It is so sad.

It depends.
Somewhat who shoots himself and doesn't die is obviously going to need more medical attention/time in the hospital than someone who tried to overdose on pills.
If someone does take pills but doesn't die, they would probably be in the hospital for anywhere between 5 days to a month.
Many people feel thankfully that they didn't die; others make another attempt

I guess it depends on the individual and the reason for the attempted suicide. Some may try again others might not try again. I dont think there is one answer that applies to all those individuals.

I am sure there will be some uncomfortable feeling involved, like if someone just asked the "why" question...Mayb the best thing is to change job and start anew without anyone knowing the past. It will be a new beginning as well

They are charged with attempted suicide and are usually sentenced to death.

Disregarding the joke, I think they are just sent to a mental facility.

Some are ok and go back to work and lead a normal life. Some who do major damage to their brains or internal organs will lead a disabled life. Some people are charged as it is a crime to take your own life.

Depends on whether the failed attempt left them capable of living life. I'm sure their lives will change tremendously. They will not be considered stable by friends, family, coworkers, bosses, etc.

EVERYTHING has it's consequences.

My sister just had this happen. Her employee tried to kill herself and failed. Now she needs multiple operations and she can't work again. So her life is worse than before.
