Well, if you go to the Virtual Console, you can download Mario Bros.
If you mean a new Mario Bros game. I would have to say yes, sometime in the future.
There's going to be Mario Galaxy next year.

YES They Do i Have downloaded Super Mario Bros, The Legend Of Zelda ,Sonic , Mario Bros, Bonks Adventure, And Donkey Kong i must say i feel like a little kid in the past again Playing These Games On My Nintendo Wii ......

The original versions as far as I'm aware from various Gaming sites are availble to download to the Virtual Console (inc. Super Mario 64).

According to gamespot.com, SUPER MARIO GALAXY (working title) is pencilled in for release on the Wii in the first quarter of 2007

And if I remember correctly, Gamecube games are also compatible with the Wii, so you'd also be able to play SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE on it if you've got the disk
