I only have a hand wisk and 5 egg whites, can I still make meringue or some other simple recipe?

I have 5 egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract, and some other items in my kitchen. I only have a hand wisk. What simple recipes can I make?

Yes, but you have to whip the heck out the whites...But yes it can be done.

I wouldn't want to try for meringue with a hand wisk. I use a high speed mixer. what the heck, go for it. whatever you come up with should be good. can't go wrong with eggs, sugar and vanilla.
