As many people have said, Harry doesn't have a dark mark, but I think I might get why there's some confusion on your part.

In the books, the phrase "Dark Mark" is used SPECIFICALLY to refer to the symbol of the Death Eaters (Voldemort's gang symbol, basically.) that's that symbol of the intertwined serpent. We see it cast over the world cup, and it's on every death eater's arm. Only those who are death eaters have the mark. Voldy has enchanted them with a Proteous charm so that he can call his cronies at any time and their scars will burn when called. You can't get rid of a dark mark, if you have it. Snape has it, as does Karkarov and of course all the "official" death eaters like Lucius Malfoy and Wormtail.

Harry's scar is different, and confusing. It was made when he was a baby, when the "Avada Kadavra" killing curse backfired because of the protection of his mother's love. This is the famous lightning bolt scar. It seems to have some sort of weird connection to voldemort - it links them in strange psychic ways.

One of the things I think might be the source of your confusion is that perhaps you have heard the internet rumours that Harry's scar is something called a "Horcrux." The horcruxes are introduced in book 6, and part of Dumbledore's mission has been to seek out and destroy them. Many people "think" harry's scar could be one, but so far it's not proven. A horcrux is an evil dark magic receptacle, but not a "dark mark." again, that's just the gang tattoo, basically.

However, I think I know where your question is coming from - it's the movie, isn't it? In the movie "harry potter and the goblet of fire" a lot of funky stuff happens with that scar and that cut Peter gives him in the graveyard to take some of his blood. If I'm remembering the movie correctly, the pattern of the cut comes out looking a little dark-mark-ish, doesn't it? or at least it's implied. I definitely remember Voldemort in the movie holding up his wand and putting it right on Harry's scar, causing him to wince in burning pain, in a similar way to how the death eaters react when Voldy calls them with the proteous charm.

In any case, I think this scene is where you're getting your question from. Although the movie may have made that cut look all dark mark-ish, harry doesn't receive an actual Dark Mark during that scene or any other scene in the books. When the movie takes a little artistic license, the books don't reflect it, and it doesn't "change" anything in how J.K. Rowling writes the series or how the series turns out. So no, even though it might be implied in that scene visually, Harry doesn't get a "Dark Mark." what he does get is a cut where they can take his blood and rebirth icky voldy thing. (also apparently making this cut supposedly gives voldy some sort of hold over harry - but it isn't the "mark" of his gang.)

Harry Potter was hit by a spell that was meant to kill him when he was a baby. The spell was called the crusiatus or the killing curse. The love of his mother kept him from dying because she gave up her life to save him. It is not a dark mark it is a link that conects Harry with Voldamort there isn't anything dark about it except maybe the fact that it helps to save him by the warning it gives when Voldamort is neer.

Harry Potter got his dark mark before the story of the books begins, when he's still a baby.

No, the dark mark is a mark belonging to the group of evil wizards that follow voldemort. Since Harry is neither evil or a supporter of Voldemort he would never get this mark.
