but i went to do a few hunts but i cannot do the "gil snapper" hunt because at this point of the game its dry season on giza plains , i need to know if there i can do to turn it into rain season.

If you zone in and out of the Giza Plains from another adjacent area, you will within a couple of screen transitions get the rainy season.

If all fails, you can leave and come back at a later time.

wait a while.. do other sidequest and check rabanastre south entrance once in a while. When everything looked green and lush, it's rainy seazon on Giza.
