Go to Lehman's. They sell Amish hand tools (they are located adjacent to an Amish community in Ohio). Contact them personally and ask them if they could help. You'll probably pay dearly for it, but they have personal contact with the Amish, so they could get you one.

If you did want to make your own, look for the 'Woodwrights Shop'. It's a show on PBS. The guy on there makes everything using 19th Century tools. He made threaded rods and nuts on one episode and showed how to make the tools that make them. Once you make the tool, you can make a thousand of them fairly quickly.

They are fairly easy to make. They are just taps and dies.

Oh, also check with the hippy-type timber framers (the ones that make post and beam with hand tools). If you challenge enough people, someone will do it for you. Also look on Ebay for really old clamps, the kind with the two wood blocks for jaws. They still make them today with metal screws, but really old ones had wood screws.

It might be difficult to find a pre-threaded piece of wood. I've never seen one, and I've seen most of the mainstream stuff.
The link below will show you a 3/4" wood tap and wood die. It's well made and costs $34.
I have one. They're also good for re-dieing broom handles, etc. when they loosen up, as well as making stools, clamps, etc.

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/3gKv0
Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.
