Well you can't have Ronald Reagan face trial now can you?

That would only make sense: To arrest/send to trial those who supplied ILLEGAL weapons to Iraq. Those weapons weren't allowed/legal by international treaties therefore those who supply them are as guilty as those who use them.

If we say "You shouldn't send suppliers to jail because all they do is supply" then that would mean that anyone who supplies Al-Qaeda is INNOCENT and deserves no punishment. If we go by that argument (that so many people are tossing out) then the US has no right to go against Syria for supplying Iraqi insurgents. Afterall, all they're doing is supplying insurgents, they're not telling them what to do with the weapons. (sarcasm/ on for that last sentence)

Those weapons were given for Iraq to use against common enemies (IE Russia) not to be used on innocent people.
If those weapons had not been given to Iraq, you really think those murders would never have happened?

So do we try Remington when someone uses their gun to kill someone else? They supply people with guns. Do we put all the gun dealers such as Sporting goods stores, eBay, etc......for supplying murders with guns? Or do we go deeper to the people who supply the metals to the gun makers to make the guns? How far are you willing to go with this?

Kurds did not die b/c of an American, they died b/c of a corrupt dictator.
