i think there are various aspects to why Iraq grow to be invaded - the anti wars can provide you one tale, and the pros yet another....we could seem on the numerous data..... initially i think Saddam further this very lots on himself, besides the undeniable fact that regrettably he grow to be form of caught between a rock and a perplexing place. As all of us understand, Saddam grow to be an best chum of the west for some years, which consists of the years while he gassed the Kurdish village. yet he grow to be the key anti-Iran effect interior the area, so best chum he grow to be. Saddams first mistake grow to be invading Kuwait - perhaps he thought that western governments would not act, yet this loss of judgement further approximately his downfall After Kuwait, UN secure practices resoluton 687 grow to be signed, with between the factor that he had to instruct that he had destroyed all the WMDs (which all of us understand he did have - gassing villages, utilising against Iran etc, anthrax etc) - yet lower back, here grow to be the perplexing place - if he proved he had have been given rid of them then he grow to be exhibiting weak spot + exhibiting his enemies he grow to be militarily weaker than they thought. His 2d undesirable loss of judgement grow to be his brinkmanship with the UN weapons inspectors - even Hans Blix, the supervisor UN weapon inspector reported this. And with this coming after 9/11 he incredibly truly screwed up (and UN SCR 687 reported that if he did no longer instruct that he had destroyed the weapons, then "severe outcomes" (i.e. conflict) might take place) - so i think, on stability, that the Iraq invasion grow to be justified (besides the undeniable fact which you would be able to desire to argue why dont all the UN secure practices resolutions get enforced!) the place the U. S. and uk did screw up over Iraq grow to be the go out approach, errr, or loss of! in simple terms simply by fact WMDs weren't recent in Iraq would not recommend that there grow to be no longer a stable reason to seem for them, as UN SCR 687 and the blocking off of the UN weapons inspectors presented this

He did have a bit of a change of heart. It seems he mellowed out and became more spiritual over the last few months. So, yeah, he did kinda turn himself around.

However, he still had to answer for the crimes he committed. Just because you've changed doesn't forgive your past sins.

I agree with kingrome_1. This is unless you are famous or always in the public eye, then you seem to be able to get away with murder. Money and power buy's freedom (maybe not always freedom, but not death)
