The mean density of the luminous universe is estimated at 10^-27kg m^-3, which is on the order of the so called critical density for a flat universe. If you use Hubble's constant as an indication for the universe's radius you'll be able to weigh it.
However, it appears that most of the universe is actually dark (non nonluminous).
This does not allow us to employ standard physics for the estimate you've asked for as we know nothing about the makeup of this dark matter.

Well, the number of elementary particles in the entire known universe is "only" 10^80. I've never seen (or can't recall) an estimate for the number of elemntary particles which make up the Earth.
