How do you feel about the execution? How do you think it will affect our lives in the US??

It'll be the same as it has been the last 5 years. Lots of turmoil, rancor, and violence. Most of it across the Middle East, much of it directed against the US troops.

I won't miss Saddam, but I think it gave him a martyrdom that he didn't deserve.

IN my personal opionion, he should still be alive. Its all bush

i have one question to you all:
DOES ANYONE HONESTLY BELEIVE THAT WE WOULD BE IN IRAQ IF KERRY HAD WON OFFICE?

It wont affect our lives at all. Im sure bush will give a speech all happy saying "we got him! for good" but the fact of the matter is Iraq was never a real threat to the US. They didnt have the bombs. nor would they have dared nuke us if they did! As for the war.. I dont know if it was for the best. If it ends over a thousand years of fighting, then yay bush! you go dumba$$! I doubt Bush even knew the words Sunni or Shia beforehand

But bush perceived Iraq as a threat...After all, he tried to kill his daddy! It all comes down to Revenge.. Look at the countries who've since claimed their stake among the nuclear powers.. Iran, NKoreah. Did bush not percieve those countries as any sort of threat at that time? Instead bush decided on iraq. pfff.. Why arent we attacking those countries since they both claim to have the WMDs now? its all political bullshit

Im done.. Saddam hussein, a terrible person that he is, is the least of our worries.

It won't affect us in the U.S. in the least. The military-industrial complex will find a new villain/threat to scare the American sheeple into supporting "war." Look for oil-rich Iran and/or Venezuela next.

Won't affect americans a whit, Saddam was tried for his crimes and duly executed by Iraqis. It doesn't appear that he is fondly remembered by his fellow countrymen, why should we give a damn. Turns out he wasn't a very impressive supervillian after all.

well my opnion is that Sadam is one of the worlds most powerful leaders and for a DUMB *** Redneck Bush (exuse my language) to go into a country and kill this man is a very redneckish thing to do......so in the end there will be a very big war and i hope bush will pay for what he has done.......
